"The only reason that you're good at goodbye"

Living without having anyone to trust brings anxiety like you can't imagine.

At age 8 I started realizing how many people I could trust, and how many actually loved, without stipulations.

Realizing that there are people that don't want to take advantage of me.

That it's ok to be vulnerable, that there are people that won't judge me.

This changed my entire view on relationships.

Losing one of those people, someone so close, can be debilitating.

Navigating the grief from that loss is gut wrenching.

The waves of grief are unforgiving.

This is why we started our Mentoring program in the first place.

It all starts with your thoughts. Plant the seeds and they will manifest.

So, we bring to you our top affirmations to start your day.

And if you're yearning for more, you NEED to take a minute to take some notes from our grief and healing webinar.
