I say this with all the love in my heart. You have to find and create what works for YOU. Family, long drives, writing, exercise (even if some days it's just the elliptical) THESE THINGS ARE THE BASICS. That's not ment to down play the importance of TIME. Another vital piece to the heartbeat of healing. Sis, it will take time. For some of us connecting with others also walking with grief is a huge help.
